The main stay of Merrie Market is the parent volunteers!  Please return your volunteer forms to the Merrie Market office.

How can you get involved in Merrie Market 2009?

• Call the Merrie Market Office and let us know you would like to be involved!
• Help assemble class theme baskets in February.
• Volunteer during Merrie Market week, Wednesday March 2nd to Friday March 6th.  Help set-up decorations, assemble risers, set auction tables or set-up the small gym.  Shifts run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Volunteer your time to work at the Friday Family Basket Night to register guests, sell raffle tickets, monitor bidding, or monitor games.  Shifts run from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Volunteer your time to work at the Saturday Evening Gala.  What a great way to see the event up close! 
• Volunteer your time to help clean up on Sunday March 8th.  As Always there will be coffee and donuts
• Donate your favorite bottle of wine for the Wine Cellar on the Live auction (drop off at the Merrie Market office or Portress).
• Give an underwriting donation.
• Purchase Raffle tickets.
• Attend the Gala Dinner. Set up a table with other class parents and be ready to spend some money in support of Visitation School!
